How to Check Your PCM Firmware Version:

Press Home on your PCM unit.
Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon.
Select Version Information.
Note the software version MUST start with:

MHI2_US, MHI2_ER, or MHI2Q

BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE CHECK USB charging/data port & SD card slot !!

Your Porsche MUST have:

A USB charging/data port in the center console (look for the ⚡ charging icon — indicates data transfer capability)
A built-in SD card slot in the PCM or center console area

Activation Requirements:

Apple Carplay & Andriod Auto will be installed to your vehicle via SD card.
You will need an 8 GB or 16 GB SD Card
SD card must be a full size SD card - No micro SD to SD full-size card adapters
