D-Link / ENET Adapter Requirements (for Audi & some VW)

Certain Audi MIB2+ / MIB3 and VW MIB2+ systems communicate via Ethernet over USB, requiring a compatible adapter.
You will need one of the following:

Recommended D-Link USB-to-Ethernet Adapters (tested and compatible):

• D-Link DUB-E100 (Rev C1 or C2) — most common and stable
  
  

• D-Link DUB-E130 — Gigabit alternative, also supported
  
  

• TP-Link UE300 / UE306 — works on most systems if D-Link is unavailable
  
  

Adapters must use the ASIX AX88772A/B or Realtek RTL8153 chipsets.
Cheap or unbranded adapters may fail to connect.

BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE CHECK USB charging/data port & SD card slot !!

Your car MUST have:

• A USB charging/data port (look for the ⚡ charging icon — indicates data transfer capability)
  

• A built-in SD card slot in the headunit or center console area
  
  

Activation Process & Requirements

• Remote activation via TeamViewer / UltraViewer
  
• Average completion time: ≈ 55 minutes

• Laptop or PC (Windows)
  Stable internet connection
  Enet cable or SD card (depending on head unit type)
